  1. Dear Sir/Madam,

    Myself and a colleague was booked on a Turkish Airlines flight from Kuala Lumpur to Tallinn, Estonia via Istanbul on 28 June 2025. The flight was TK 0175 flight time 0520. However, we were denied boarding as the flight was overbooked. We were rerouted to another flight TK 0061 flight time 2345 on 28 June 2025. This has resulted in great inconvenience for us and has negatively impacted our participation to a conference in Estonia on official government duty.

    We were informed by the Turkish airlines counter at KLIA that we are entitled to compensation 600 Euros and we were provided with a document that we can show as prove of this compensation. We were told that the compensation can be made at the Turkish Airline Office in Kuala Lumpur.

    Kindly facilitate and expedite this claim for compensation from both of us. Thank you.
